About introduction of amendments to the Law on judicial examination and the status of the court expert No. 68/2016
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on judicial examination and the status of the court expert No. 68/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 316), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Parts (2) and (5) Article 40 to recognize invalid.
2. Item d) parts (Article 43 to declare 2) invalid.
3. Part (Article 47 to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) the Personality of the court expert is confirmed by the certificate issued by public judicial and expert organization, and in case of the court experts performing activities in bureau of judicial examination - the certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice.".
