About modification of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003

In the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 359 to state 8) in the following edition:
"(8) the Commission reconciles the parties of collective labor dispute no more than 10 working days from the date of formation of the commission in time. This term can be prolonged only once according to the written agreement of members of the commission. If members of the conciliatory commission reached agreement of rather imposed requirements, the commission passes the decision which is obligatory for parties of the conflict and transfers him to them within 24 hours from the moment of removal.".
2. Part (Article 360 to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) If parties of the conflict did not reach the agreement or do not agree with the decision of the conciliatory commission, each of them within 10 working days from the date of the expiration for permission of collective labor dispute the conciliatory commission or, on circumstances, from the date of decision or receipt of the corresponding message (part (8) and (9) Articles 359) has the right to submit the application for the conflict resolution to degree of jurisdiction.".
