The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 27, 2013 No. 868 "About approval of Rules of payment of immediate compensation in case of death (death) of the serviceman during passing of military service or the person liable for call-up called on military charges by it in case of establishment to it disability or in case of receipt of the mutilation connected with fulfillment of duties of military service" by it (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 50, the Art. 708) the following changes:
in Rules of payment of immediate compensation in case of death (death) of the serviceman during passing of military service or the person liable for call-up called on military charges by him, in case of establishment to it disability or in case of receipt of the mutilation connected with fulfillment of duties of military service by it, approved by the specified resolution:
1) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) death (death) of the serviceman during passing of military service, the person liable for call-up called on military charges or after dismissal from military service, the end of military charges as a result of mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) or the disease got during passing of military service, passing of military charges;";
