Article 1. In the Item of part 2 of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 13, 2003 ZR-1-N "About games with prize, games with выигрышемв the Internet and gaming houses" (further - the Law) the words "in the amount of two hundred thousand dram for each case of violation" shall be replaced with words "for the first time - two million dram for each case of violation, for the second time within two years from the date of identification of the first violation - five million dram for each case of violation, and for third time within two years from the date of identification of the first violation - ten million dram for each case of violation".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 15 of the Law:

1) the Item after the word "violation" to add with words ", except for violations, stipulated in Item parts 2 of article 13 of this Law";

To add 2) with the Item "v1" of the following content:

Article 3. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2018.
