Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following changes:
1) in Article 64:
a) the paragraph one after the words "living in the Kyrgyz Republic" to add with the words "failure to carry out and violation of regulations, stipulated by the legislation about language";
b) in the paragraph the second "to five to ten" shall be replaced with words words "-in the amount of hundred";
c) add Article with part 2 following of content:

attract imposing of administrative penalty on citizens - in the amount of ten settlement indicators, on legal entities - in the amount of hundred settlement indicators.";
2) Article 316 to add with part 2 following of content:
"Placement of the outdoor advertizing in city, rural settlements which is not meeting on content standards of the literary language (the alphabet and spelling rules)
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens - in the amount of ten settlement indicators, on legal entities - in the amount of hundred settlement indicators.";
Shall be replaced with words 3) regarding 1 article 508 of figure "57-64," "57-63, part one of Article 64, Articles";
Part 1 of Article 534-1 after the word "provided" and after figures "310," to add 4) respectively with words "Article part two 64," and "Article part two 316,";
5) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of part 1 of article 556-1 of figure "64" shall be replaced with words "Article 64 part one".
