1. B the Order of the Government No. 650/2006 "About compensation of the military personnel, the private and the commanding structure of bodies of national defense, state security, public order and law enforcement agencies" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. To add 1) in Item 22 of the resolution after the words "and public order" with the text", and also the government employee with special status as a part of system of penitentiary administration";
2) in appendix No. 14:

b) in Items 1 and 11 of the word of "penal system" shall be replaced with words "the government employee with special status as a part of system of penitentiary administration";
c) in Items 6-3 and 6-4 of the word of "Department of penal institutions" shall be replaced with words "National penitentiary administration";
d) add with Item 6-5 of the following content:
