Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 5, 2007 "About public service" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, the Art. 166, No. 6, Art. 429; 2010, No. 3, Art. 158; 2011, No. 6, Art. 452; 2012g.3 No. 8, Art. 834, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1008; 2013, No. 7, Art. 542, No. 12, Art. 905; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 425; 2015, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1106; 2016, No. 3, Art. 156; 2017, Art. No. 1-2, 28, Art. 29, No. 5, h 1, Art. 290) following changes:

1. Paragraphs the seventeenth, eighteenth and nineteenth Article 1 to exclude.

2. The fifth to state the paragraph to part 3 of Article 6 in the following edition:

"-civil servants (technical and service personnel) of state bodies;".

3. In the name of Article 12 and regarding 1 word "Technical and Service Personnel of State Bodies" and "Technical and Service Personnel" shall be replaced with words "Civil servants (technical and service personnel) of state bodies".

4. Regarding 3rd Article 13:

- replace figures "32" with figures "26";

- state paragraph two in the following edition:

"-declaration on the income and property status;".

5. State Article 31 in the following edition:

"Article 31. Declaring of the income and property status of applicants for the state positions of public service, government employees and the positions equated to them
