Article 1. Item 18 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 3, 2001 ZR-169 "About state registration of legal entities, the state accounting of the allocated divisions, organizations of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (further - the Law) to state in the following edition:

"18) the participant - person or the public association having the property right concerning share in the authorized capital of the legal entity;".

Article 2. From part 15 of article 26 of the Law of the word of "The unions of legal entities" to exclude.

Article 3. In heading of Chapter 7 of the Law of the word to "firm of commercial legal entities" shall be replaced with words "legal entity".

Article 4. In article 32 of the Law:

Article 5. To add Chapter 7 of the Law with Article 32.1 of the following content:

"Article 32.1. Registration of the name non-commercial the organizations and the bases for refusal in registration

1. Registration of the name of non-profit organization is performed along with registration of the organization.
