Article 1. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 3, 2001 ZR-169 "About state registration of legal entities, the state accounting of the allocated divisions, organizations of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (further - the Law):
Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3) the agency - the body performing state registration of legal entities, the state accounting of the allocated divisions, organizations of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;";
2) in Item 7 of the word "and also persons staying on the registry in the Republic of Armenia as individual entrepreneurs" shall be replaced with words "persons staying on the registry in the Republic of Armenia as individual entrepreneurs, and also state bodies of the Republic of Armenia";
Item 14 after the words "state accounting of organizations" to add 3) with words ", and also the state accounting of state bodies";
To add 4) with Item 16.1 of the following content:
"16. 1) accounting of state body - accounting by the state of the state body which is subject to accounting;".
Article 2. Add the law with Article 25.1 of the following content:
"Article 25.1. The data on state body entered in the Unified state register
1. The following data on state body are entered in the Unified state register:
1) name of state body;
2) number of the state accounting;
3) year, month, day of the state accounting;
4) location address;
5) code (CO);
6) identification taxpayer number (ITN);
7) means of communication: e-mail address, website address, number(s) of phone;
