About modification and amendments in the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 968.1 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further – the Code):

1) in part 1:

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 968.2 of the Code after the words "money" with the words "and if it is provided by rules of fund, also property of such type in which the investment fund is going to invest".

Article 3. To add part 2 of article 968.4 of the Code with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) in case of provision of opportunity acquisition of share for property – those types of property for which it is possible to acquire shares of this fund, evaluation procedure of this property which will provide objectivity of assessment;".

Article 4. Regarding 1 article 968.9 of the Code:

To replace 1) in the first offer of the word "the managing director proves that" with the word "managing director";

2) the second offer to exclude.

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
