"Article 5.1. Procedure for visit of especially protected natural territories
1. Visit by physical persons of especially protected natural territories is performed according to the mode of special protection set for such territories.
2. The physical persons who are not living in the settlements located in borders of especially protected natural territories can visit such territories free of charge or for a fee. The procedure for determination of the specified payment, and also cases of release from collection of payment are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
2) in Article 6:
a) state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The parcels of land and natural resources located in borders of the national natural parks are in federal property. The parcels of land located in borders of the national natural parks are not subject to alienation from federal property.";
b) add with Item 2.1 of the following content:
