About introduction of amendments and changes in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil

Article 1. To add part 1 of article 3 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil of November 28, 2011 (further - the Code) with Item 48 of the following content:

"48) the public report - the report open for publication represented to authorized body and government office by subsoil users and the state bodies provided by parts 3 and 4 of article 9 of this Code.".

Article 2. To state article 9 of the Code in the following edition:

"Article 9. Publicity of the activities connected with subsurface use

1. About the activities connected with subsurface use, the authorized body publishes on the official website, at least, the following information on activities for part of mining and geological research of subsoil for the purpose of mining:

1) the name of the legal entity who got permission;

2) year, month, day of the application submitted for receipt of permission;

3) sequence number of permission, year, month, day of its issue and term;

4) in case of prolongation of permission - number of the relevant document, year, month, day of issue, permission renewal term;

5) coordinates of extreme points and total area of the subsoil plot;

6) name of the field (site);

7) name of mineral;

8) agreement number about subsurface use, year, month, day of the conclusion, in case of introduction of amendments to the agreement on subsurface use - number of the relevant document for each change, year, month, day of its conclusion;

9) also on activities for part of mining:

and. number of the provided repayable inventories of minerals - on the main and accompanying components;

. yearly production of the mine;

10) on activities for part of geological research of subsoil for the purpose of mining - also the name of show of mineral or object.
