1) the data which are bank secrecy, received from the Bank of Russia from prior consent in writing of the Bank of Russia and person to which the auditor services provided by the Federal Law of December 30, 2008 No. 307-FZ "About auditor activities" were rendered;
2) other cases provided by the Federal Laws.";
