c) add with subitem 4.5.10 of the following content:

"4.5.10. the scheme of arrangement of the parcel of land or the parcels of land on the cadastral plan of the territory for the purpose of its or their education for the subsequent seizure of land for the state needs of the Russian Federation (federal needs), including for placement of objects of federal importance;".
