In the Order of the Government No. 539 of April 23, 2008. "About creation of the National agency of road transport" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 82, of the Art. 521), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1) in all text of the resolution and appendix No. 1 of the word "Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in the corresponding grammatical form;
