About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About television and radio"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 9, 2000 No. ZR-97 "About television and radio" (further – the Law):
The word "broadcasting company" to replace 1) in the twenty first paragraph with the word "TV company"
To add 2) with paragraphs 22 and 23 of the following content:
"monitoring – the observation performed in the purpose of identification of compliance of implementation of the actual activities of TV companies and radio companies to requirements of the law and the license;
Direct observation – the monitoring performed by viewing and video of the telebroadcasts broadcast by TV companies or radio companies.".
Article 2. In article 5.1 of the Law of the word "Public Broadcasting Company" shall be replaced with words "The public TV company".
Article 3. In article 7 of the Law of the word "Public Broadcasting Company" shall be replaced with words "the public TV company and public radio company".
Article 4. Regarding 1 article 9 of the Law of the word "The national commission on television and radio (further – the National commission)" shall be replaced with words "The commissions on television and radio (further – the Commission).
