Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of February 18, 1991 "About peasant farm" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2005 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamasts_ of SSR Belaruskay, 1991, No. 12 (14), Art. 125; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 122, 2/1141) following changes:
1. State Article 23 in the following edition:
"Article 23. Sales of products of farm
1. The farm has the right to dispose of products made by it and to realize it at discretion according to the signed agreements.
2. In case of realization of agricultural products, and also in the course of its production, conversion, storage and transportation the farm shall observe requirements of the legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population if other is not provided by acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, requirements of the legislation in the field of quality assurance of food staples and foodstuff and their safety for life and health of the person, the requirement of technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus, technical regulations of the Customs union, the Eurasian Economic Union and other international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.".
2. In Item 2 of Article 31 of the word "economic court" shall be replaced with words "the court considering economic cases".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 1998 "About joint household" (Vedamasts_ Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1998, No. 7, Art. 88; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 276, 2/1607) following changes:
1. In part seven of Article 20 of the word "settlement account and" shall be replaced with words "the current (settlement) bank account and can have".
