About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. In article 64 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 "About local self-government":

Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3 words "there are members of council of elders at the number necessary for decision making" "there is more than a half of the number of members of council of elders established by the law";

2) from part 4 words", but on quarter at least of total number of members of council of elders" to exclude.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
