About entering of amendments into some Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. Item of 1 appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2016 No. 778 "About determination of comprehensive income for provision of non-cash housing subsidies" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 05.10. 5/42717) to add 2016, with subitem 1.8 of the following content:
"1.8. attendance allowance for the disabled person of the I group or person who reached 80-year age.";
1.2. Item 2 of appendix 1 to the Regulations on procedure for data transmission in the automated information system of calculations for the housing-and-municipal and other services consumed by the population, to No. 790 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2016 "About procedure for data transmission in the automated information system of calculations for the housing-and-municipal and other services consumed by the population" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.10. 2016, 5/42731) to add with subitem 2.7 of the following content:
"2.7. attendance allowance for the disabled person of the I group or person who reached 80-year age.".
2. This Resolution becomes effective since August 1, 2018.
