Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 2016 No. 567 "Some questions of activities of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 70, Art. 2352; 2017, No. 45, Art. 1394) following changes:
to add Item 3 after the paragraph of third with the new paragraph of such content:
"the academic degree of the doctor of science is awarded by the specialized academic councils created by the Ministry of Education and Science according to the legislation existing before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of July 1, 2014 with No. 1556-VII "About the higher education" and the diploma of the doctor of science is issued by the Ministry of Education and Science before approval in the procedure for the Regulations on accreditation of the specialized academic councils established by the specified Law;".
