1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1165 "About approval of the inventory, works, the services acquired according to international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 83-84, 607) the following amendment:
the inventory, the works, services acquired according to international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add with Item 8 of the following content:
"8. The goods, works and services acquired according to the Framework agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of People's Republic of China on strengthening of cooperation in the field of industrialization and investments made on August 31, 2015, Astana LRT limited liability partnership within project implementation "New transport system of the city of Astana. LRT (the site from the airport to the new railway station).".
2. To akimat of the city of Astana in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
