1. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of May 20, 2010 No. 46n "About approval of federal standards of auditor activities" (registration No. 17736) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on July 7, 2010;

2) the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of August 17, 2010 No. 90n "About approval of federal standards of auditor activities" (No. 18934) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 11, 2010;

3) the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of August 16, 2011 No. 99n "About approval of federal standards of auditor activities and modification of the federal standard of auditor activities (FSAD 5/2010) "The auditor's obligations on consideration of unfair actions during audit", No. 90n approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of August 17, 2010" (registration No. 21986) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 6, 2011.

2. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
