Article 1. In article 55 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 1996 ZR-69 "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law):
The words "on the taxes, the customs duties and customs payments which are subject to payment on customs border for commodity import" shall be replaced with words 1) "on the taxes which are subject to payment to tax authorities for commodity import from the states which are members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and for commodity import from the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union - the taxes, the customs duties and customs payments which are subject to payment to customs authorities";
To add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "Irrespective of provisions of the second offer of this Article, the Central bank is exempted from taxes of duties, customs duties and customs payments in case of import of banknotes, coins (including commemorative coins), and also bank gold and currency costs irrespective of whether the imported banknote or coin (including commemorative coin) at the time of import to the address in the territory of the Republic of Armenia is entered.".
Article 2. From article 60 of the Law of the word "instructions, and also on them" to exclude.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
