Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 17, 2000 ZR-60 "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law):
To exclude 1) from part 2 of the word "provided as regards declarations, taxes and other obligatory payments, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Armenia";
Part 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3. Studying based on the reports submitted by business entity is the internal procedure which is carried out in the body performing check, for the purpose of clarification of correctness of execution of requirements of the legal acts assigning control powers to this body, except for exit studying, provided by the second paragraph of this part.
In the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About protection of the economic competition" State commission on protection of the economic competition conducts test purchases according to the procedure, established by Appendix 2.1 to this Law which results are used for the purpose of consideration of question of violation of the Law of the Republic of Armenia by business entity "About protection of the economic competition". The rights and obligations of officials of the business entities and persons performing are effective also in case of carrying out the studying established by this paragraph.";
