Bring in the Regulations on import to the Russian Federation from the states which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union, and export from the Russian Federation to these states of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2010 No. 1137 "About approval of the Regulations on import to the Russian Federation from the states which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union and export from the Russian Federation to these states of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing precious metals" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 39, Art. 4923; 2011, No. 19, Art. 2723; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7865; 2014, No. 36, Art. 4826; 2016, No. 30, Art. 4905), following changes:
a) add Item 22 with words ", and procedure for introduction of amendments to the act of the state goods control, specified in tables 1 and 3 of Section 2.10 of the list";
b) in Item 23:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"23. Export from the Russian Federation to the states which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union, the primary goods specified in tables 1 and 2 of Section 2.10 of the list is performed provided that batches of primary goods if they are intended for export, shall be supplied:";
state the subitem "an" in the following edition:
"a) the test reports issued by test laboratories (centers) accredited in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about accreditation in national accreditation system;".
2. This Decree becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
