WE ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of certain types of economic activity in the field of health care which are licensed it (is applied).
2. And to Head department of the organization of medical care to the population of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Zhdanov M. P.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to head department of control and reforming of procedures of legalization of subjects of housekeeping of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of Ukraine (Apatenko O. P.) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To the population of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Zhdanov M. P.) to provide to head department of the organization of medical care publication of this order in mass media.
