About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About waste"

Article 1. In article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 24, 2004 ZR-159-N "About waste" (further - the Law):

To add 1) after the first paragraph with the new paragraph of the following content:

"municipal solid waste - types of the consumer wastes arising in the course of consumption by physical persons in the residential territories and also goods which in the course of the use by physical persons in the residential territories for the purpose of satisfaction of personal and household needs lost the consumer properties. Treat municipal solid waste also waste which arise in the course of activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and for the structure are similar to the waste resulting from consumption by physical persons in the residential territories;";

2) from the fourth paragraph of the word "to prevention of education," to exclude them, and to "transportation" to add the same paragraph after the word with the word to "placement";

3) the sixteenth paragraph after words "places of distribution," to add with words "stations of overload,".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 11 of the Law with the Item "d" of the following content:

"e) assists implementation of system of collection of the sorted consumer wastes in municipality.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
