Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 23, 2011 No. 1534 "About the list of open joint stock companies which shares are in federal property and are subject to transfer of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" as property fee of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 48, Art. 6879; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2894; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1508; 2016, No. 27, the Art. 4457) and in the list approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) from the name and Items 1 and 2 of the Decree "open" to exclude the word;

b) the list of open joint stock companies which shares are in federal property and are subject to transfer of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" as property fee of the Russian Federation, to be reworded as follows it (is applied).

Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2012 No. 932 "About property fee of the Russian Federation in State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 28, Art. 3883; 2013, No. 46, Art. 5926; 2014, No. 13, Art. 1454; No. 49, Art. 6933; 2016, No. 27, the Art. 4465) and in the list of the federal state unitary enterprises which are subject to transformation to open joint stock companies which stocks will be transferred State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" as property fee of the Russian Federation, approved by this Decree, the following changes:

a) from Item 1 and paragraph one of Item 2 of the Decree to exclude the word "open";

b) in the list:

to exclude the word "open" from the name;

add with Item 14 of the following content:

"14. EMERGENCY and TECHNICAL CENTER of MINISTRY OF ATOMIC ENERGY of RUSSIA, St. Petersburg.";

add with Item 15 of the following content:

"15. Sever production association, Novosibirsk.";

add with Item 16 of the following content:

add with Item 17 of the following content:

5. To the government of the Russian Federation:

a) in 24-month time to take necessary measures for transformation of the federal state unitary enterprises called in item 4 of this Decree in joint-stock companies;

b) till September 1, 2019 to provide transfer of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" as property fee of the Russian Federation of the shares of the joint-stock companies created by transformation of the federal state unitary enterprises called in item 4 of this Decree which are in federal property;

c) till December 1, 2019:

provide offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Russian Federation to compliance with this Decree;

bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
