About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning refining of some provisions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. No. 44-48, of Art. 552; 2014, No. 34, Art. 1174) following changes:

Item 18 parts one of Article 370 to state 1) in the following edition:

"18) one chair wheel for persons with disability on each person with disability which crosses customs border of Ukraine, and in case of lack of such face - in number of no more than one piece";

2) in Item 4-1 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions":

the paragraph one after the words "For Conducting Anti-terrorist Operation" to add with the words "and/or implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which are performed by carrying out the transaction of the Integrated forces (TIF)";

to add paragraph two after the words "fight against terrorism according to the law" with the words "and/or participate in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which are performed by carrying out the transaction of the integrated forces (TIF)";
