About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning education

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in Article 116:

2) and 3) to state subitems in the following edition:

"2) dual training - form of the training combining training in the organization of education with the obligatory periods of inservice training and professional practice at the company (in the organization) with provision of workplaces and compensation payment to students in case of equal responsibility of the company (organization), educational institution and the student;

3) the agreement on dual training - the written agreement between the student, the company (organization) providing the workplace for passing of inservice training and professional practice, and educational institution regulating conditions and procedure for passing of inservice training and professional practice;";

add with subitems 6-1) and 8) of the following content:

"6-1) inservice training - the training directed to acquisition of theoretical knowledge, practical abilities by students based on the organizations of education and (or) the companies (organizations);";

"8) the mentor - the skilled worker of the company (organization) owning production technologies or service industries, performing management of inservice training and professional practice.";

2) in Article 118:

in the subitem 1) of item 4 the word "profession" to exclude;

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. Employers according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on education provide places for passing of professional practice, and also inservice training, create safe conditions and fulfill the duties provided by agreements.";
