Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 8, 2013 No. 1005 "About the bank guarantees used for the purposes of the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 46, Art. 5947; 2015, No. 15, Art. 2269).

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2018, except for the subitem "b" of the Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution, which is becoming effective since July 1, 2018.

1. In Rules of maintaining and placement in unified information system in the field of purchases of the register of the bank guarantees approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The register joins bank guarantees which are issued by the banks conforming to the requirements established by the Government of the Russian Federation according to part 1 of article 45 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs".";
