About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the State Information System of Fuel and Energy Complex"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 3, 2011 No. 382-FZ "About the state information system of fuel and energy complex" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 49, the Art. 7060) the following changes:

1) in Article 4:

c) add with part 1.2 following of content:

"1.2. Tasks of the state information system of fuel and energy complex are:

1) collection, information processing about condition and the forecast of development of fuel and energy complex for the purpose of inclusion in the state information system of fuel and energy complex, storage of such information, ensuring access to it, its provision and distribution;

2) ensuring forming of analytical information on condition and the forecast of development of fuel and energy complex (further - analytical information) and its inclusion in the state information system of fuel and energy complex.";

d) to state Item 2 of part 2 in the following edition:
