Changes which are made to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of December 19, 2014 No. 156n "About approval of procedure for inclusion of the premises of housing stock of the Russian Federation assigned on the right of operational management and economic maintaining to the federal state institutions and the federal state unitary enterprises subordinated to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in specialized housing stock with reference to office premises, and also exceptions of premises of specialized housing stock and procedure for provision of office premises in the federal state institutions and the federal state unitary enterprises subordinated to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation"

"2. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation A. O. Kotyakov.".

2. According to the procedure of inclusion of the premises of housing stock of the Russian Federation assigned on the right of operational management and economic maintaining to the federal state institutions and the federal state unitary enterprises subordinated to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in specialized housing stock with reference to office premises, and also exceptions of premises of specialized housing stock and the procedure for provision of office premises in the federal state institutions and the federal state unitary enterprises subordinated to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation approved by the specified order:

a) state Items 16 and 16.1 in the following edition:

"16. For consideration of question and preparation of offers on provision of office premises the employee of the organization submits the application addressed to the head of the organization to whom the following documents are attached:

1) the petition of the head of the structural unit of the organization in which the worker works;

2) the statement from the Single state real estate register about absence in property of the worker and the members of his family of premises living together with it on place of employment in the respective settlement.

The worker specifies in the statement, including the information about family composition of the worker, information on the number of the citizens registered in premises (in the presence of registration at the place of residence), and degree of their relationship, and also data on type and nature of premises (in the presence of registration at the place of residence).

16.1. For consideration of question and preparation of offers on provision of office premises the serviceman submits to the organization the application addressed to the head of the organization to whom the following documents are attached:

1) petition of the commander of military unit;

2) minutes abstract of meeting of the housing commission of military unit about inclusion of the serviceman and members of his family in the list on provision of premises of specialized housing stock.

The serviceman specifies in the statement, including the information about family composition, information on the number of the citizens registered in premises (in the presence of registration at the place of residence), and degree of their relationship, and also data on type and nature of premises (in the presence of registration at the place of residence).";

b) add with Item 16.2 of the following content:

"16.2. Check of the completeness and accuracy of the information specified in the statement by the worker (serviceman) is performed by the structural division of the organization responsible for personnel work, by the direction of requests in authorized bodies.".
