About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2016 No. 60
Based on subitem 7.4. Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756 "About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations" the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions of state programs approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2016 No. 60 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.11. 2016, 8/31389), following changes and amendment:
1.1. in Item 6:
in the paragraph the second to replace the word "thirty" with the word "fifteen";
in paragraph three to replace the word "ten" with the word "five";
1.2. add Item 36 with part two of the following content:
"The customer has the right to determine without carrying out tender, including repeated, the contractor of actions of the state program according to part four of Item 18 of the Regulations on procedure for forming, financing, accomplishment and efficiency evaluation of implementation of state programs.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
