About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments"

Article 1. ZR-185 "About local duties and payments" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 1997 with Item 19 of the following content:
"19) for permission to holding technical and special fireworks in the administrative territory of municipality.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 12 of the Law with Item 19 of the following content:
"19) for permission to holding technical and special fireworks in the administrative territory of municipality - from fifty thousand to three hundred thousand dram for calendar year.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
