About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 878

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 878 "About approval of the Procedure for involvement of advisers in the course of privatization of objects of state-owned property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 97, the Art. 3156) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2018 No. 392
1. In the prolog of the resolution of the word and figures of "part seven of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "On privatization of state-owned property" shall be replaced with words "parts two of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On privatization of the state-owned and utility property".
2. According to the procedure of involvement of advisers in the course of privatization of objects of state-owned property, approved by the specified resolution:
1) in Item 1:
shall be replaced with words words of "objects of state-owned property of group G" "subjects to big privatization";
add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"Involvement of advisers to preparation and sale of the subjects to big privatization which are in utility property can be performed on the methodological principles, as well as for the objects which are in state-owned property.";
