Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About court", adopted on August 15, 2009 (in editions of the Law of Turkmenistan adopted on November 8, 2014) (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2014, No. 4, Art. 135; 2015, No. 1, Art. 22; 2016, No. 1, Art. 61, No. 3, Art. 117; 2017, No. 1, Art. 31), following amendments:

after Article 64 to add with article of the following content:

"Article 64-1. Code of judicial ethics

1. The code of judicial ethics is the act of conference of judges which is based on the conventional moral principles and rules of society and state. The code of judicial ethics establishes for each judge obligatory rules of conduct when conducting professional activity on justice implementation.

2. The code of judicial ethics affirms at conference of judges of Turkmenistan.";

after Item to add 3 parts six of Article 65 with Item of the following content:

"3-1) approves the Code of judicial ethics;";

after Item 2 of Article 74 to add with Item of the following content:

"2-1) in case of gross violation of regulations of the Code of judicial ethics;".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
