1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 20, 2016 No. 832 "About approval of single requirements in the field of information and communication technologies and ensuring information security" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No. 65, the Art. 428) the following amendments and changes:
in single requirements in the field of information and communication technologies and the ensuring information security approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 6 with subitems 11-1) and 20-1) of the following content:
"11-1) cross room - the telecommunication room intended for placement of connecting, distribution points and devices;";
"20-1) organization - the state legal entity, the subject of the quasi-public sector, the owner and the owner of the non-state information systems integrated with information systems of state bodies or intended for forming of the state electronic information resources and also the owner and the owner of crucial objects of information and communication infrastructure;";
add with Item 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1. Data on architecture of GO are transferred to the third parties only in coordination with heads of structural divisions on information security and the GO information technologies, or persons replacing them according to the approved IB policy.";
1) of Item 9 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) costs planning on informatization and information security according to the approved architecture of GO, and in case of its absence - according to decisions of advisory council in the field of informatization;";
add with Item 25-1 of the following content:
