About change of the Resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part one of Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for sale of not preserved apartment houses which are not completed by construction, dachas from the public biddings, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of March 23, 2018 No. 220 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2017 No. 463", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus", the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of September 9, 2013 No. 43 "About establishment of some document forms connected with the organization and carrying out separate types of auctions" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.09.2013, 8/27908) the following amendments:
add Item 1 with subitem 1.5 of the following content:
"1.5. form of the agreement on the rights, obligations and responsibility of the parties in the course of preparation and holding the auction selling not preserved apartment houses which are not completed by construction, dachas according to appendix 5.";
add the resolution with appendix 5 of the following content:
to the Resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus on September 9, 2013 No. 43
(in edition of the Resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of 07.05.2018 No. 22)
