1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 29, 2014 No. 258 "About approval of structure of plans of civil defense and action plans on liquidation of emergency situations" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9554, it is published on July 9, 2014 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve enclosed:
1) structure of plans of civil defense according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) structure of the action plan on liquidation of emergency situations according to appendix 2 to this order.";
the structure of plans of civil defense approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order;
in structure of the action plan on liquidation of emergency situations, approved by the specified order:
to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:
"Chapter 1. The short geographical and economic characteristic of area (the city, the area) and assessment of possible situation in its territory in case of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature";
to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:
"Chapter 2. The events held in case of threat and emergence of emergency situations";
state Chapter 3 in the following edition:
"Chapter 3. The events held on mitigation of consequences of emergency situations
14. To the events held on mitigation of consequences of emergency situations the following applications are developed:
1) the schedule (in any form) the main actions of the chief of civil defense in case of threat and emergence of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature;
