About entering of amendments into Rules of transportation of goods by road transport in the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of further enhancement of rules of transportation of goods by road transport, and also increases in ecological safety in transit of loads, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. The rules of transportation of goods by road transport in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 1, 2014 No. 213 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 8, Art. 77), to add with Items 88-1 and 88-2 of the following content:
"88-1. Transportation of construction materials, agricultural products, manufactured and food products, and also other loose goods (except hot asphalt, bulky and heavy loads) is performed by open vehicles with obligatory covering of load tarpaulin or other dense material.
88-2. Departure of vehicles from construction objects on the public road is not allowed without washing of body and wheels of vehicles".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
