About introduction of amendments and changes in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add Chapter 5 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Article 47.14 of the following content:
"Article 47.14. Disclosure of the location of person which underwent to violence in family, placed in shelter
1. "About prevention of violence in family, protection of persons which underwent to violence in family, and recovery of solidarity in family" to person which does not have competence to learn the message on the location of person placed in the shelter provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia about it from the face which learned about it in connection with execution of the service or job duties:
attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of two hundredfold to the four hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. To add Chapter 14.1 of the Code with Article 206.16 of the following content:
"Article 206.16. Deliberate non-execution of the decision on urgent intervention or official decision
1. Deliberate non-execution by person who applied violence in family, requirements, stipulated in Item 5 parts 3 Articles 7, and also Items 6-8 of part 5 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prevention of violence in family, protection of persons which underwent to violence in family, and recovery of solidarity in family":
attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of eightyfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 3. To add Item 1 of part 1 of article 223 of the Code after number "206.13" with number", 206.16".
Article 4. To add part 1 of article 224 of the Code after number "44.2," with number "47.14,".
