1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2006 No. 65 "About approval of Rules of implementation of investment transactions of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (the following change is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4361):
in Rules of implementation of the investment transactions of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 62 in the following edition:
"62. Market value of the assets of Fund transferred to one custodian shall not exceed equivalent of 25 (twenty five) billion US dollars if other is not provided by board decision of National Bank.".
2. To department of monetary transactions (Moldabekova A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
