About introduction of amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In heading and part 1 of article 42.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Armenia of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) the words "Non-execution of the Recommendations Made by the Body Exercising the State Hygienic and Anti-epidemic Supervision or Bodies of the State Sanitary Inspection" shall be replaced with words "non-execution of recommendations of officials of inspection body of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia (further - inspection body of health care) or inspection body of health care".
Article 2. Recognize Articles 47.6 and 236 invalid.
Article 3. To state article 230 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 230. Inspection body of health care
1. Cases on the administrative offenses provided by Articles 42, 42.1-43, 45-47.13, 80-86 (if they are considered as violations of sanitary and hygienic rules and regulations of protection of atmospheric air), 87 (for non-execution of instructions of inspection body of health care), 96.1, 152, part 19 of Article 158, article 173.3 of this Law, are considered and administrative punishments are appointed by Inspection body of health care.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
