1. In jurisdiction of administrative court there are cases on the protest on the basis of the fact of the conclusions accepted by the Commission on prevention of corruption (further - the Commission) concerning the high-ranking officials according to the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Commission on prevention of corruption (except for the conclusions of the Commission about violation of requirements of incompatibility and other restrictions by deputies, judges, the members of the Supreme judicial council who are not judges), and also the conclusions accepted as a result of production on review of the conclusions of the commissions on ethics created in the bodies provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public service".
Article 222.3. Right to the appeal to administrative court
1. On cases, stipulated in Article 222.2 of this Code, the corresponding high-ranking official or the public employee concerning whom the corresponding conclusion was accepted can appeal to administrative court if it disputes the facts confirmed by the Commission.
Article 222.4. Circulation period in administrative court
1. The high-ranking official or the public employee can appeal to administrative court on the cases specified in Article 222.2 of this Code within five days after receipt of the conclusion of the Commission.
