About modification and amendments in the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In part 6 of article 100 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the Code):
The words "according to the petition of the participant of legal proceedings, from the leave of court considering case" shall be replaced with words 1) "with the consent of participants of legal proceedings, attendees at meeting, and from the leave of court";
To add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "In case the administrative authority which is involved in legal proceedings does not agree to photography, it shall prove the disagreement reasonably. In that case the court makes the decision on permission or prohibition of photography of judicial session.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
