About introduction of amendments to the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To declare Item 2.1 of part 2 of article 3 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the Code) invalid.
Article 2. To recognize Chapter 29.1 of the Code invalid.
Article 3. Final and transitional provisions:
1. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2018.
2. Actions for declaration on collection of the amount on the public and legal monetary claims given to administrative court of the Republic of Armenia based on the administrative acts adopted before entry into force of this Law are considered according to the procedure, established by Chapter 29.1 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 operating before entry into force of this Law.
