About modification and amendments in the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Chapter 11 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the Code):

Heading to state 1) in the following edition:

"Judicial notifications. Procedure for sending (giving) for court documents";

To add 2) with Article 64.1 of the following content:

"Article 64.1. Procedure for submission of documents by electronic method

1. The documents provided by this Code (the action for declaration, the statement, the claim, the answer to the action for declaration, the petition and other), submitted in writing signed by person can move also by electronic method according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the electronic document and the digital signature". The procedure for submission of documents by electronic method is established by Council of chairmen of the courts.

2. In case of submission of the action for declaration, the answer to the action for declaration or claims by electronic method the state fee is paid through electronic system of the state payments (www.e-payents.am).

3. In case of submission of the action for declaration, the statement, the answer to the action for declaration or the claim by electronic method the enclosed documents are submitted by electronic method in the scanned version.

4. The regular power of attorney is attached to the documents filed by electronic method, signed by the digital signature, and the power of attorney with notarial assurance - after ratification by the notary by electronic method.".

Article 2. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. Within two months after entry into force of this Law Council of Chairmen of the Courts establishes procedure for submission of documents by electronic method, having made corresponding change to rules of clerical work of courts.
