About modification and amendments in the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 13, 2017

Article 1. In article 83 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013:

1) part 1 to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3) those cases when the administrative act adopted by the forced contractor in the course of enforcement proceeding is disputed.";

Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 2 words "in case, stipulated in Item 2" "in the cases provided by Items 2 and 3".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
