About entering of amendments into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 3 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the Code) to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Public organizations can appeal to administrative court also in the cases provided by Chapter 29.3 of this Code.".

Article 2. To add Section 5 of the Code with Chapter 29.3 of the following content:

"Chapter 29.3 Production of hearing of cases in the claim submitted by public organization

Article 216.6. Initiation of the claim by public organization

1. The public organization represents legitimate interests of the beneficiaries in court in the field of environmental protection.

2. The organization can submit claim for the questions following from the sphere established by part 2 of this Article if:

1) the action for declaration follows from the authorized purposes and tasks of the organization and is directed to protection of collective interests of the beneficiaries of the organization connected with the authorized purposes of the organization;

2) within the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About assessment and examination of impact on the environment" she took part in public discussions on fundamental documents or the planned activities or it was not given the chance to participate in public discussions, and

3) at least 2 years preceding the moment of submission of the claim was performed by activities in the field of, this Article specified in part 2.
